"The Brasserie restaurant is always happy to adapt any dish for special food requirements.

I have spoken to our head chef and it would be possible for him to make a special 3 course meal for somebody who is vegan. However, we often have vegans come to dine with us and the chefs are more than happy to change a dish slightly to accommodate."

The results were:

Menu varies but there is normally a dish or two that is suitable!

Would be along the lines of a special pasta dish, vegetable curry, roasted  mushrooms etc
